In healthcare, that’s rarely a simple problem. Systems are complex, constraints are real, and the decisions carry weight.

Understanding where users struggle, and why, is the starting point. From there, the work becomes figuring out how to move toward something better without losing sight of what’s possible.

That’s the space I operate in.

I collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to understand strategy, tradeoffs, and constraints. Then I help bring structure to that complexity so teams can move forward with clarity.

My role is often less about designing screens and more about defining how things connect, across workflows, teams, and decisions.
